Diagnosis
Frons with two short and rounded “horns”; midlobe of mesoscutum with a median groove in posterior one-third; fore wing with two stigmal hair lines and with speculum open below; dorsellum hidden under scutellum.
Distribution
Costa Rica.
Biology
From gall midge (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae) leaf galls on Ficus morazaniana and F. tonduzi (Moraceae).
